At Rella, we want you to love your purchase. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returns are processed 

Return shipping label fee: $11
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your return.

All Archive Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Please ensure your items meet the following conditions:

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Unworn and in original packaging and condition.

  2. Once authorized, we’ll send detailed return instructions.

Please note: Returns typically take up to 2 weeks to be processed once they arrive at our facility. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

Yes, we offer free exchanges. If you would like to exchange a size please leave us a message via chat with your order number.

Modifying/Canceling Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Please double-check your order details and apply any discount codes before checkout.

Missing Packages

Rella is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact your local post office to help recover missing shipments.

Damaged Product

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@shop-rella.com or message us via chat within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item.

  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

  • Claims submitted after 3 days will not be accepted.
