"Shoes were backordered. Took over two months to receive them. Original date of delivery was moved two times. Very poor communication from store, and no way to connect with a human. Only connection is through a chatbot, which only puts you in a repetitive loop saying the order was delayed. Loved the shoes when I finally got them, but wasn't confident that was ever going to happen."
