The whole process has been bad

"I’m getting these shoes for my wedding, the whole shipping process has been terrible. If I’m spending $70+ on shoes, they should be free shipping and if the shoes do not arrive at my apartment then I should now need to pay them again to ship them and contact them multiple times in order to have them even reshipped. I’m wearing these for my wedding and because of this mess AND THEM NOT SENDING IT FOR DAYS AND HAVING IT JUST SIT AT THEIR WAREHOUSE, I might not be able to even wear them, it’s cutting it really close, also the return policy is stupid too. Their customer service needs to improve"
